The Writ petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to take suitable action on petitioner's representation submitted to them, on 07.10.2013.

2. According to the petitioner, she is conducting Cable TV business for the past 20 years and she had registered his name with the Government Cable TV Corporation and his register number is LCO No.011472. The grievance of the petitioner is that she has given a representation to the respondents on 07.10.2013 and so https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

far, the said representation has not been considered by the respondents. Hence, she has filed the present writ petition.

3. Mr.Abdul Saleem, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents/Arasu Cable TV Corporation submitted that they are ready and willing to consider the petitioner's representation within a time limit prescribed by this Court.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.10.2013, after giving an opportunity to the petitioner as well as any rival claimant, if any, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
