ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 20.03.2025 passed in I.A. No. 05 of 2024 in O.S.No. 110 of 2011 on the file of Learned Additional District Judge at Kuzhithurai.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that an ex-parte decree had already been passed in O.S.No.110 of 2011 and hence, the prayer in the present Civil Revision petition has now become infructuous.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 17.11.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No gvn 2/4
