O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to disburse the monetary benefits to the petitioner for the period from 09.09.2010 to 30.03.2024, based on the petitioner's representation dated 30.06.2025.

2. Even though the petitioner has sought for a positive Mandamus to disburse the monetary benefits, it is seen that the petitioner has sent a representation on 30.06.2025 for the very same relief.

3. In view of the same, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 30.06.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs.
