[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J.] Heard Mr.KR.Singaravadivel, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Pandiarajan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. 2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider his representation and survey the properties in Door No.2/319A, and 2/319 SVD Nagar, Sikkandar Savady, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Though the fourth respondent has been served, he has not entered appearance through counsel. The allegation against the fourth respondent is that he has constructed a Compound Wall into the land of the writ petitioner. Since the writ petition is of the year, 2013, we direct the petitioner to give a fresh representation to the second respondent along with copy of this order, who shall consider the case and take appropriate action in accordance with law, after notice to the fourth respondent.

4.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.

5.The above direction shall be complied with within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
