This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings of the 2nd respondent made in Mu.Mu.No.3872/2011/Aa1/Dt.31.10.2011 and quash the same as illegal.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he is not pressing the Writ Petition with liberty to approach the concerned authorities.
