O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondent from closing the external opening in the petitioner's shop as per the order of the respondent in Ma.Va.5/02972/2006 dated 01.06.2006.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives in this petition for adjudication. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
