ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the fourth respondent to file the final report for the FIR registered in Crime No.27 of 2025 on the file of the respondent Police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni through e-filing and the same is yet to be taken on file.
