ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the order dated 1/4

04.04.2025 passed in I.A.No.01 of 2024 in H.M.O.P.No.1301 of 2022 on the file of the Family Court, Madurai.

2. A condition order was passed by this Court on 12.11.2025 directing the petitioner to pay arrears of monthly maintenance fixed by the Trial Court and a direction was given to the petitioner to comply with the conditional order on or before 05.12.2025. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that he has not paid the arrears.

3. Per contra, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that currently, he is unemployed and he is unable to pay the arrears as directed by the Trial Court and hence, unable to comply with the conditional order of this Court.

4. Since the application is only against the interim alimony and no acceptable reasons have been pleaded by the petitioner, the conditional order granted by this Court dated 12.11.2025 stands vacated.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed and the 2/4

Trial Court shall proceed further. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
