This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to comply with the order in Crl.M.P.No.5687 of 2024 dated 17.02.2025 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai, so as to secure the amount of Rs.4,39,168/- from the suspected/frozen bank accounts and hand over the same to the petitioner.

2. This Court is of the view that if the respondent or any other person has not complied with the directions of the learned Judicial Magistrate, the petitioner ought to have first approached the learned Judicial Magistrate seeking implementation of the order, which the petitioner has not done in this case.
