2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the proposed respondents 6 & 7.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the appeal cause title.
