This Writ Petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.09.2025 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Even though the petitioner has sought for a positive Mandamus, it is seen that the petitioner has sent a representation on 02.09.2025 for the very same relief.

3. In view of the same, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 02.09.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
