ORDER

The petition is for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and to permit him to appear for enquiry on a later date as the petitioner could not appear on 28.10.2025 on which date the respondent had called upon the petitioner to appear.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is working in the CRPF and is now posted in Bihar State and therefore, it will be impossible to appear before the respondent in person till January 2026.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that an enquiry is pending on the complaint of the 3rd respondent and an FIR is yet to be registered.

4. Since the complaint is only at the enquiry stage, the petitioner shall appear through Video Conferencing mode before the 2nd respondent on the date fixed by the 2nd respondent. The 2nd respondent shall 2/4

thereafter conclude the enquiry and take appropriate decision within a period of three weeks.
