ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action by conducting an enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 14.10.2025.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner, an enquiry is pending and that the petitioner has not co-operated for the enquiry.

3. In view of the above submission, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on summon and thereafter, the respondent police shall conclude the enquiry within a period of two (2) weeks and communicate the result of the same to the petitioner. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
