ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking to set aside the fair and decreetal order made in I.A.No. 9 of 2025 in O.S.No. 97 of 2022 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Srivaikuntam dated 20.09.2025. 1/4

2. In view of the limited order being passed in this Civil Revision Petition, notice to the respondents is hereby dispensed with.

3. The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the rejection order for the appointment of an Advocate Commissioner. The contention of the defendants is that the subject land is a barren land. On contrary, the claim of the petitioner/plaintiff is that the subject land is an agricultural land, where, he is doing agriculture and he is the cultivating tenant. To substantiate the same, the petitioner may produce Chitta and Adangal extract, from which it can be evidenced the nature of the land.

4. In view of the above, this Court do not find any infirmity in the impugned order herein. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
