Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating with the impugned order of the first respondent, dated 21.01.2013 made in G.O.(D)No.15, Public Works (E1) Department and quash the clause therein "without prejudice to the disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner" as arbitrary, illegal and violation of FR56(c) of Tamil nadu Government Fundamental Rules and in consequence to direct the respondents drop the departmental proceedings against the petitioner and to disburse the retirement benefits by calculating the petitioner's service, promotion and other service benefits.
