ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking to quash the orders passed by the fourth respondent dated 11.10.2012, 09.12.2012 and 08.01.2013 and to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to take suitable action against the respondents 6 to 11 and recover the amount paid to the 6th respondent vide cheque No.589133 dated 10.04.2012 and further direct the respondents 1 to 5 to select any one of the poor eligible villager as beneficiary under the scheme. 2.Though a larger relief is sought for in this writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner, dated 27.11.2012 is disposed of by the third respondent on merits and in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.
3.Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed. 4.In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.11.2012 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, M.P(MD)No.1 of 2013 is closed.
