[Order of the Court by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Heard Mr.M.Suresh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.R.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and perused the materials produced.
2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the order, dated 22.05.2013, passed by the respondent, by which the request of the petitioner for grant of Community Certificate as Hindu Kattunayakan was rejected.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would fairly submit that the Government, vide G.O.(Ms) No.235, Revenue [RA3(2)] Department, dated 26.06.2015, has provided appeal remedy even in cases, where the request for community certificate has been rejected and the learned counsel seeks leave of this Court to approach the Appellate Authority.

4. In the light of the same, the writ petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to file appeal before the
Appellate Authority as constituted under G.O.(Ms) No.235, dated 26.06.2015, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if such an appeal is filed, the Appellate Authority shall deal with the appeal in accordance with law without reference to the limitation.
