The petitioner alleges that there are encroachments in survey No.15/2, Anakudi Village. He wants them to be removed.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate on written instructions from the Tahsildar categorically stated that there are no encroachments as alleged by the writ petitioner.
