Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 04.11.2013, 05.11.2013 and 06.11.2013 for issuance of patta.

ORDER
The petitioner seeks for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 04.11.2013, 05.11.2013 and 06.11.2013.
2. The petitioner would claim that he has been in possession of 0.3 acres in Old Survey No.841, New S.No.1379/7 in Mahadhanapuram South Village for more than 30 years. The Village https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Administrator Officer of Mahadhanapuram South Village has already issued possession certificate to the petitioner on 05.07.1990.
3. The petitioner would further state that while issuing patta for the occupants of the property, the third respondent has wrongly issued patta in favour of the fourth respondent. Hence, the petitioner submitted representations.
Since the representations were not considered, the present writ petition has been filed.
4. Heard Mr.K.Prabhakar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3.
5. In the light of the above prayer sought for in this writ petition, without going into merits of the case, this Court directs the third respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
