ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the respondents 3 and 4 is dispensed with. 2.The third respondent is the petitioner's brother and the fourth respondent is the wife of the third respondent. According to the writ petitioner, the property over which he also has a legitimate claim is being alienated by the respondents 3 and 4. The allegation projected in this writ petition is that the true character of the property has been suppressed by the private respondents herein while executing the document in question. According to the writ petitioner, even though a building is very much standing on the property in question, the executants of the document have made it clear that they are dealing only with vacant land. 2/4

3.Now that the writ petitioner has brought this to the notice of the registering authority, it is for the registering authority to take a call in the matter. I am certain that when loss of revenue is brought to the notice of the authority concerned, proper and swift action will definitely be taken. Since the writ petitioner also has a personal motive and stake in the matter, it is for him to work out his rights against the private respondents in the manner known to law before the jurisdictional civil Court. 4.With the aforesaid observation and reminding the registering authority about his duty in the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
