ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to convert the petitioner's availed earned leave into medical leave and credit petitioner's earned leave in petitioner's account based on the petitioner's representation dated 23.02.2024.

2. Even though the petitioner has sought for a positive Mandamus, it is seen that the petitioner has made a representation on 23.02.2024 for the very same relief.

3.In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.02.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
