2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that there is no proposal as of now to lay any road on the petitioner's patta land. If the respondents intend to lay any road, they will follow due process by acquiring the petitioner's land.

3. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
