ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the Petitioner's complaints dated 13.09.2012 and 5.11.2012 on the file of the second respondent in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders to the third respondent to remove the entries in respect of fraudulent registered settlement deed No.2999 of 2008 dated 12.5.2008 on the file of the third respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Heard the submissions on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3.The limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition is for a direction to consider the Petitioner's representation, dated 13.9.2012, wherein, he had requested for cancellation of settlement deed No.2999 of 2008, on the file of the third respondent. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition before this Court.

4.The second respondent had filed a counter affidavit, dated 15.4.2016, wherein, it is specifically stated that the Petitioner's representation is under consideration and the delay in considering the same is owing to administrative reasons and the pendency of many applications before him. 5.In view of the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this writ petition and without going into the merits of the claim made by the Petitioner, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 13.9.2012 on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass orders on the same, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
