The learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also circulated a letter dated 23.06.2017, seeking permission to withdraw this writ petition. The said letter is also accompanied by a letter written by the petitioner to her Counsel. Further, he has made the following endorsement:

"In view of the recent developments, the petitioner has instructed us to withdraw the case. Hence, this Hon'ble Court may permit me to withdraw the case."
