O R D E R

*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner submitted a representation to the first respondent, requesting to initiate action against the respondents 2 to 5 and remove the encroachment made by them. Since follow-up action was not taken, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. We direct the first respondent to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 06 August, 2013, on merits as per law, after issuing notice to the respondents 2 to 5. Such exercise shall be completed, within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation dated 06 August, 2013, along with a copy of this order, so as to enable the first respondent to dispose of the matter, within the time stipulated above.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
