The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 as well as the learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent brought to the notice of this Court that the decree of dissolution of marriage has been confirmed by the Court of law and thereafter, the writ petitioner has also got remarried. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. It is further submitted that against the order of confirmation of dissolution of marriage, a special leave petition

filed by the fifth respondent is pending before the Honourable Supreme Court. However, the parties have pursued their civil remedies before the competent Court of law and as far as the present writ petition for a direction to the fourth respondent to initiate action against the fifth respondent deserves no further consideration. Under these circumstances, the respective parties are at liberty to workout their remedies before the competent Court of law for resolving the issues and to redress their grievances.

3. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
