ORDER

Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus directing the second respondent not to harass the petitioner by threatening him to execute a sale deed in favour of the third respondent and also to deposit the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- in the name of the third respondent.

2. According to the petitioner, his mother gave a complaint before the respondent police requesting her daughter-in-law, the third respondent herein, to live with her son, the petitioner.

3. On instruction, the learned Additional Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the police has registered a case in CSR No.365 of 2013 and they are not harassing the petitioner and they neither asked him to deposit Rs.1,00,000/- nor asked to execute sale deed. But, the third respondent, the wife of the petitioner, insisted that the jewels which were owned by her should be returned to her and the police only conveyed the same to the petitioner. But, the petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition. The police never interfered with the civil dispute.
