Considering the nature of offence and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No.12485 of 2025 dated 25.07.2025, is modified and the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai, weekly twice, ie., on every Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
