Manoj Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.28 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 370(4), 370(A) 1/4
IPC r/w. Sections 10 and 24 of Emigration Act, in Crime No.28 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is said to have cheated the defacto complainant by promising to secure a salesman job in Malaysia, but instead arranged for massage work in spa. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offences as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and hence, he seeks anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4. Heard he learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.
5. The allegation against the petitioner is that he took the defacto complainant to Malaysia and compelled him to do massage work in a 2/4
spa. Considering the nature of the allegation, which amounts to serious human trafficking, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
