When the matter was taken up on 09.03.2018, none appeared on behalf of the writ petitioners. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "For dismissal".

2. Today also i.e. on 07.03.2018, when the matter was taken up for hearing none appeared for the writ petitioner. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. However, there shall be no orders as to costs. Consequently, MP(MD)No.1 of 2013 is closed.
