Special Government Pleader COMMON ORDER The learned counsel for the writ petitioners states that during the pendency of the writ petition revised seniority list was prepared and the joint Director of School education issued revised seniority. Based on the revised Seniority, the writ petitioners have approached the competent authority in the year 2015. In this regard, the writ petitioners have submitted a representation to the respondents. Thus, it is for the respondent to consider the petitioners' representation and pass orders on merits in accordance with law within a reasonable period of time.
