Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarifed Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order bearing Na.Ka.No.283/2013, dated 09.12.2013 issued by the fourth respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service with all consequential benefits.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner to call for the records relating to the impugned order bearing Na.Ka.No.283/2013, dated 09.12.2013 issued by the fourth respondent to quash the same and to direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service with all consequential benefits.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said statement, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
