The writ petition has been filed for Mandamus to restrain the second respondent from interfering with the rights of the parties pertaining to the civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate on instruction from the second respondent, has stated that there was a complaint by the third respondent, as against the petitioner and that the complaint alone was enquired into and the respondents are not harassing the petitioner and also stated that they will not harass.

3. Recording the statement of the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. No costs.
