C-60 To relax the condition imposed dt.10.09.2025 in Crl.OP(MD) no.14924 of 2025 and thus render justice ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.14924 of 2025 dated 10.09.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions for nearly 20 days and was absent on two days. Further, the charge sheet has been filed.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for 20 days, this court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.14924 of 2025 dated 10.09.2025. Accordingly, the condition https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
