CRL OP(MD). No.19787 of 2025 S.SRIMATHY,J PJL The petitioner/sole accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 351(3), 351(4) & 132 of BNS, 2023, in Crime No.77 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) submitted that already bail was granted by the trial Court and the petitioner was not complied with the bail condition, hence, the same was cancelled. In such circumstances, anticipatory bail will not be maintainable. Hence, the petitioner is directed to file appropriate application before the trial Court.
