ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to include the petitioner's Tender Code 50098390 in the Transportation Tender 2026-31 for the Madurai LPG Plant scheduled to be held on 07.11.2025.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the tender date has been extended to 17.11.2025 and that the petitioner's name has also been included.

3. In view of the above submission, since the relief sought for in this writ petition has already been granted to the petitioner, no further orders are required. Hence, this writ petition is closed.
