O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to pay the petitioner's pending salary and earned leave salary, a sum of Rs.6,30,318/- on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 11.07.2025.

2. The petitioner, who had been superannuated as early as on 31.01.2019, has not been paid with Graduity, Employees Provident Fund, Earned Leave Salary and arrears of salary till date.

3. Mr.P.B.Ahamed Yashmin Parvin, learned Government Advocate, who took notice for the respondents, submits that the same would be paid to the petitioner.

4. Admittedly, the petitioner has superannuated without any benefit of the Graduity, Employees Provident Fund, Earned Leave Salary and 2/5

arrears of salary, which according to the petitioner, is a sum of Rs.6,30,318/-. It is very unfortunate that during the service period also, there had pending salary payable to the petitioner without any reason.

5. In view of the same, the third respondent is directed to disburse the pending salary and earned leave salary within eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order together with interest at 12% p.a.

6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
