(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) This writ petition has been filed to forbear the respondents 1 to 5 from converting the Nanja lands pertaining to survey Nos.378/3B, 378/6 and 378/7 situated in Alappiranthan Village, Kulathur Post, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Aranthangi Tk, Pudukkottai District, as house plots. The petitioner has given a representation dated 09.12.2013 to the first respondent in this regard.
2.We find no reason to entertain this writ petition in public interest, since it is for the District Collector to consider the nature of grievance expressed by the petitioner and decide the same on its own merit and in accordance with law.
