ORDER

The petitioner/A-2, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 281, 125(a) of B.N.S Act, in Crime No.253 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This Court has already granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner on the ground that it is a hit-and-run case. However, after the arrest of A-1, it has come to light that there was a dispute regarding the performance of the funeral rites. With some intention, the petitioner was assaulted using a car.
