PRAYER:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondents to conclude the disciplinary proceeding initiated in pursuant to the charge memo issued by the fourth Respondent in his proceedings No.488/B2/2022 dated 18.05.2022.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus, to direct the Respondents to conclude the disciplinary proceeding initiated in pursuant to the charge memo issued by the fourth Respondent in his proceedings No.488/B2/2022 dated 18.05.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the disciplinary proceedings have been initiated against the petitioner as early as on 10.12.2024 and thereafter, no second show cause notice has been issued to the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the disciplinary proceedings have been initiated against the petitioner on 10.12.2024, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to bring the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner to its logical conclusion within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
