This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to substitute the name of 'Mr.S.S.Rajendran', who is the Secretary of the school in the place of 'Mr.Densingh' in the cause title, consequent to the demise of Mr.Densingh.

2.I have gone through the contents of the affidavit. It is only a formal application to recognize the present Secretary. No counter is filed despite advance copies served on the contesting respondents.

3.Accordingly, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and list the appeal for hearing on 16.03.2026.
