ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to refix the basic of 3% as per petitioner promotion of Checking Inspector and disburse all petitioner retirement benefits with pension benefits on the base of the petitioner's representation on 06.10.2025 .

2. Mr.K.Ramaiah, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that eligible benefits pursuant to the petitioner's promotion as Checking Inspector and his retirement benefits will be paid to him.

3. Recording the above submission, the first respondent is directed to pay the eligible benefits arising to the petitioner on account of his promotion as checking Inspector and also his retirement benefits along with all mandatory benefits within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
