ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) The petitioner has given complaint to the Tahsildar in public interest alleging that some persons are encroaching and making some construction upon the public property.

2.We find that the Revenue Divisional Officer has issued a letter to the Tahsildar on 26.10.2013 giving direction to the Tahsildar to take necessary action on the complaint made by the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the same, we find no reason to admit or issue any Mandamus to the authorities. Hence, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
