The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus as against the first respondent for re-issuance of passport to the petitioner based upon his application dated 18.10.2025.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the second respondent submitted that there are five cases are pending as against the writ petitioner. Out of the said five cases, three of them have been quashed by this Court. As far as the two cases in Crime Nos.1303 of 2024 and 701 of 2024 on the file of the second respondent. Further, the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has been laid before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul. However, so far the same has not yet been taken on file.
3. In view of the above said submissions, the petitioner is directed to approach the trial Court concerned seeking permission of the Court to go abroad. In case, if any such application is filed, the same shall be disposed of within a period of four weeks. Based upon the order passed by the Judicial 2/4
Magistrate No.II, Dindigul, the first respondent is directed to proceed in accordance with law.
4. With the above said observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
