Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records on the file of the first respondent in connection with the impugned order of recovery passed by him in his proceedings in Na.Ka.Va.5/34260/2013, dated 11.07.2013 and to quash the same as illegal and ultravires and consequently to direct the respondents to release the Petitioner's salary which is due from the month of July 2013 within the time limit prescribed by this Court.
