Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned tender notification in A2/2939/2013 dated 9.12.2013 in so far as item Nos.10 14 38 40 41 43 45 66 & 67 and quash the same and further directing the respondents 1 & 2 to conduct a detailed enquiry in respect of the irregularities committed by the respondents 3 to 5 in respect of the tender notification dated 9.12.2013 in reference No.A2/2939/2013 called for by the 3rd respondent by considering the petitioner's representation made on 16.12.2013. (Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ This writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned tender notification dated 9.12.2013 made in A2/2939/2013. However, by this time,
work would have been completed, as per the tender notification. In so far as the allegation of making payment twice for the same work is concerned, the learned Special Government Pleader states that action has been taken to cancel the payment in respect of three works. 2.Recording the said statement made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
