ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to close the H.S.No.1/2020 opened against the petitioner on the file of the third respondent, by considering his representation dated 14.10.2025. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that there are 24 previous cases pending against the petitioner and in any case, the petitioner's representation dated 14.10.2025 would be considered in accordance to law within a period of four weeks.

3.In view of the aforesaid submission, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.10.2025 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner shall appear on summon issued by the respondents. This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner. 2/4
