ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the second respondent to file the final report in Crime No.9 of 2024 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is now completed and a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.85 of 2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
