Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner is the vendor. The sale deed was executed by her on 20.01.2021. Subsequently, she also presented the rectification deed on 25.04.2025. The petitioner claims that on instructions from the authorities, she erroneously made excess payment. She now seeks refund of the same. In this regard, the representation has been given on 13.10.2025.

3. The second respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. 18.11.2025 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No rmi 2/4
