ORDER

The claim in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to supply sand as per the Government rates. The two quarries at A.Pudupatti and Puthiyiruthi in Aruppukottai District were earlier earmarked for quarrying sand. 2.In the counter affidavit filed by the respondents, it is stated that the sand mining which was done as per the guidelines of SEIAA and District Collector approval has been stopped on 31.12.2013 at A.Pudupatti and on 03.02.2014 at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Muthuramalingapuram-II. It is further stated that at present there is no quarry in Kariapatti and Thiruchuli Taluks in Aruppukottai District in the Gundar Basin jurisdiction area. 3.In view of the same, no further orders are required in the present writ petition.
